I was seeking to convert my pension from DB to DC due to changes in personal circumstances and was put in touch with Pension Works through my financial advisor. From the outset they were extremely polite, courtious and professional. Paul Chester was my advisor and Paul ensured all scheduled appointments were met on time and followed up with very clear and succinct reports of the meetings that took place. The process and timescales were explained in detail and he was forever willing to answer my questions; even the basic ones. Reports and terms were explained in detail and I never felt at any stage baffled by the language used or the information provided. Paul and his colleagues turned around my personalised recommendation incredibly quickly and efficiently and they are in the process of now arranging for my pension to be managed by a new provider. I would recommend Pension Works to anyone seeking how best to make their pension work for them.
